Price List 2019


Auditors and/or observers who stay for more than 2 hours in the session will be considered additional participants.

Note

  • If a course is programmed on a Saturday or Sunday, there is an additional surcharge of 450 € + IVA irrespective of the number of trainees or consultants involved.
  • These prices do NOT include additional incidental expenses such as taxis, business class* travel in a regular airline or AVE / high-speed train, board & lodging in 4/5 star hotels, etc., which are for the account of the client. Within Spain, B&A charge 0.60 €/km mileage for courses outside the Madrid Metropolitan area.

Additional  Information

  • A normal training day is from 09:00h – 14:00h & 15:00h – 18:30h.
  • Half-day (4 hour sessions) time by mutual agreement
  • Trainees will be given 5-minute “Phone breaks” every 60-80 minutes to catch up on urgent matters.
  • One hour is usually allocated for lunch.
  • Normally, the courses are given in the client’s installations or in a hotel/training centre organized & paid for by the client.
  • Videotaping or audio recording any course or session, or part thereof, is totally prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from Ian Brownlee.
  • All the material used in the courses has been developed by Ian Brownlee and has been registered in the appropriate European agencies. Copyright © Brownlee & Associates or Ian Brownlee. Any unauthorized use is totally prohibited.

The prices include

  • All course material. We can also provide detailed post-course reports on the trainees attitudes & aptitudes in the area being covered to the HR department, if required. This will entail extra cost and must be requested beforehand.
  • FREE Individual follow-up and support after the course by phone, email, or Skype will be available for a period of three months.
  • We can provide trainees with certificates of attendance / successful completion of the course. Please advise us in advance.

Course Cancellation

  • If the course is cancelled between 15 and 30 working days before the agreed dates, there is no cancellation charge.
  • If the course is cancelled between 10 and 14 working days before the agreed dates, there is a cancellation charge of 25% of the course price.
  • If the course is cancelled between 5 and 9 working days before the agreed dates, there is a cancellation charge of 50% of the course price.
  • If the course is cancelled less than 5 working days before the agreed dates, there is a cancellation charge of 100% of the course price.

The above prices are fixed and do not vary with the number of courses contracted, however, if a client contracts more than 6 courses in one block & programmed during a fixed period of time, for example, one year, we are always happy to discuss way to provide “Added Value” elements without increasing our prices.

* Business class travel is necessary due to the need to hand-carry training material, computers, video cameras & accessories on board to avoid this essential material being lost by the airline. On various occasions, checked baggage has been lost which has caused serious problems at the training site.
